How are the aeris cocktails made
” They’re handmade. Literally no machines touch neither the product nor the content at any point in the procesS. We produce, bottle, and label everything by ourselves.”
Why cocktails?
“Nik has a long background in gastronomy, his grandfather owned a lot of restaurants and hotels around Germany. So Nik walked in his father’s footsteps and wanted to create his own thing. His passion for cocktails started when he was 17 already. And me, Dia, I have a true passion for consuming cocktails. So guess that’s a good fit to Niks expertise.”
The new Sun Shirts from WAY are made with care for the environment and crafted in Copenhagen like your cocktails. How would you use the Sun Shirts this Summer?
“We LOVE that the Sun Shirts are made with care for Mother Nature. We will bring our shirts to the beach for sure, but they’re so stylish that we’d want to wear them to our early breakfast meetings at our favourite cafe in town, would wear them on our summer vacation, for our chill summer evening sunset dinners, and on our Copenhagen bike rides (where a nice airy fit in good quality is key to avoid melting away in the heat).”
Mixing shirts like you mix cocktails. Why are shirts the perfect beach attire for you?
“The shirts make us feel like we’re somewhere in Côte d’Azur, where the wind is warm and the tomatoes taste of the sun. They make us feel classy and chic, and they’re the absolute perfect beach attire when you for example want to go straight from the beach to a lunch restaurant or to the supermarket and not feel too exposed. Lastly, but perhaps most importantly, they provide great protection from the sun, and are so easy to just hang over the shoulder. Since the material is so light, you’d still feel the warm breeze against the skin.”
