DEAR WAY … Greetings from lovely Zanzibar. Sun is out and SANDALS are on, what’s not to love. We have mostly been hanging by the pool and chilling on the beach, but also explored the lovely capital Stone Town with its narrow streets and colourful shops. So happy we opted for a guide, otherwise we would have gotten lost. Had coffee at the cosy Zanzibar Coffee House Cafe and saw the city from the rooftop bar and restaurant at the Emerson Spice Hotel.
A highlight was definitely having dinner at the The Rock, a wonderful restaurant sitting alone on top on an island. Hakuna Matata – is swahili and means no worries and this place surely takes your worries away … WITH LOVE MARIE SCHOEYEN.
